Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Order Cutoff:

Orders placed after 3pm on weekdays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days. Cost: from £3.45 depending on weight.

• Free Shipping: Available for domestic orders over £50. See checkout for details. 

International Shipping

• Shipping to: Destinations as listed. 

• Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-10 business days. Cost: from £10 depending on weight. 

• Free Shipping: Available for international orders over £100. See checkout for details.

Customs & Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, and fees, as these are not included in our shipping charges.

Tracking & Delivery Exceptions:

Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Info@hookandangler.com within 3 days of expected delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping Restrictions:

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
